I purchased my HP laptop in February 2024 at Sam’s Club and it came with a 2 year warranty that including the “Care Pack – Accidentally Damage”. I dropped my laptop (accidentally) on March 9. It’s now almost a month later, my laptop hasn’t been fixed and they keep sending me emails asking for 15000/- to fix it because the accidental damage is not covered under warranty. I’ve called 4 times this week (dude hung up on me today when I asked him to spell his name) and honestly can’t say I’m any closer to get my laptop back than I was 2 weeks ago.
