I did not expect

I did not expect novotel to be such a bad hotel given they are charging such exorbitant prices for rooms. In the room i was first allocated, the AC was not working and even the kettle was also not working. I got my room changed. In the new room wifi was very slow and dustbin was in a bad shape. But the worst part was in this room i got locked out twice even when i had the room key. Both the times my room key didnt work and even the hotel master key didnt work. Security had to come in with their special device to open my room. Imagine someone waiting for so long to get their room opened. Not just once but twice. The hotel staff is also not well trained to talk properly. Overall my 5 days of stay with novotel was very bad and surely in the future I will not be choosing novotel whenever i go for business or personal trip
