Cars24 – Hold amount not settled

In order to pay off my car loan with CARS24, I sold my car on May 7th along with the remaining balance. However, CARS24 delayed the payment and deducted the overdue penalty amount from my hold amount; as a result, my hold amount has not yet been released, despite repeated phone calls and follow-up mail. Request 980459 is not receiving a response.
